Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field; Ph.D. preferred.

• 10+ years in AI, data science, or big data, with 5+ years in leadership.

• Proven track record in managing large-scale AI projects and deploying business solutions.

• Expertise in machine learning, NLP, and big data tech (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

• Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Alibaba) and AI tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Strong leadership, strategic, and communication skills.

• Experience with large datasets in China, understanding local data and market.

• Knowledge of Chinese data privacy and AI ethics regulations.

• Applied AI experience in industries like finance, retail, or manufacturing.

• Mandarin and English proficiency preferred.
